- Processing — orders are packed and shipped from Chicago, IL, typically within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You'll get a tracking email when it ships.
- Rates & speed — calculated at checkout by weight/destination. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Typical delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch via USPS/UPS.
- Local (Chicago) — Local Chicago pickup and pop-up options are announced to the first-drop list.
- Tracking & issues — if a package is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@commonmattergrooming.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.
- Address accuracy — we're not responsible for delays or losses from an incorrect address entered at checkout.
