- 60-day money-back promise — if you don't like it, email hello@commonmattergrooming.com within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. You don't need to send back an empty tin — just tell us how we can do better.
- How refunds work — approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged/wrong item — send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, shipping included.
- Exchanges — the fastest path is a refund plus a new order.
